The BOXABL Casita Two-Bedroom is manufactured in a controlled factory environment and designed to dramatically reduce the amount of traditional on-site construction required.

Major home systems—including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, kitchen components, bathroom fixtures, windows, flooring, and interior finishes—are integrated into the unit before delivery.

The Casita includes a pre-wired 100-amp, 120/240V all-electric system, pre-installed plumbing with a 30-gallon electric water heater, and a 12,000 BTU ductless heating and air conditioning system designed for year-round comfort.

This factory-built approach provides greater consistency while allowing much of the home to arrive substantially complete and ready for site installation.

With the Turnkey package, the remaining site-specific work—including foundation, utilities, shipping, crane placement, installation, and permitting coordination—is brought together into one streamlined project.

Reservation Fee

The $9,800 reservation fee is non-refundable and initiates the project-specific professional, administrative, planning, documentation, and permitting-related work required to begin your ADU project.

The reservation fee may cover, as applicable to your project and jurisdiction, services including ADU site analysis, model-selection support, preliminary project evaluation, plans and final-costing review, preparation and coordination of construction design documentation, and permit application and administration with applicable local authorities.

Because these services are specific to your property and work may begin following payment, the reservation fee is non-refundable if the Customer elects not to proceed, delays or cancels the project, changes the project scope, fails to provide required information or approvals, or is otherwise unable to proceed.

Please note: The $9,800 reservation fee is not the full purchase price of the Casita Two-Bedroom or completed turnkey project. Final project requirements may vary based on site conditions, utility requirements, local permitting requirements, jurisdictional requirements, and other property-specific factors.
