Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the $9,950 reservation fee is non-refundable. The reservation fee covers the upfront professional services, administrative work, project evaluation, planning, documentation, and permitting-related coordination required to initiate your ADU project.
Such services include, without limitation, ADU site analysis, model selection support, plans and final costing review, preparation of construction design documents, and permit application and administration with the applicable local authorities.
Because the reservation fee covers project-specific work that begins after payment, the fee shall not be refundable in the event Customer elects not to proceed, delays or cancels the project, changes the project scope, fails to provide required information or approvals, or is unable to proceed for any reason.
