Your property and local requirements can then be evaluated so you gain greater visibility into site requirements, anticipated costs, next steps, and project timing.

Reservation Fee

The $9,950 reservation fee is non-refundable and initiates the project-specific professional, administrative, planning, documentation, and permitting-related work required to begin your ADU project.

The reservation fee may cover, as applicable to your project and jurisdiction, services including ADU site analysis, model-selection support, preliminary project evaluation, plans and final-costing review, preparation and coordination of construction design documentation, and permit application and administration with applicable local authorities.

Because these services are specific to your property and work may begin following payment, the reservation fee is non-refundable if the Customer elects not to proceed, delays or cancels the project, changes the project scope, fails to provide required information or approvals, or is otherwise unable to proceed.

Please note: The $9,950 reservation fee is not the full purchase price of the ADU or completed turnkey project. Final project requirements may vary based on site conditions, utility requirements, local permitting requirements, jurisdictional requirements, and other property-specific factors.
